ANNETTE S. PARKER
Dickinson College Representative
of the Board of Trustees
A 1973 summa cum laude graduate of Dickinson College in Carlisle, Pennsylvania, with a B.A. in Fine Arts and Art History, Annette Parker serves as Vice President and Treasurer of her alma mater. She received her M.B.A. in accounting from Shippensburg University in 1987. Prior to joining the administration at Dickinson in 1988, she served on the business and economics faculty at Wilson College in Chambersburg, Pennsylvania and in state and local government finance. Ms. Parker is active in college and university business officer organizations and serves on numerous boards including PHI, the 13th largest nonprofit retirement provider in the U.S.; Shared Services Insurance Group, Inc., a collegial consortium serving higher education and other non-profits with a broad spectrum of insurance products; and Stuart Hall School, where she is leading the strategic planning and repositioning initiative this year and serves as Chair of the Finance Committee. Ms. Parker is a frequent presenter at professional conferences and consults on mission-driven strategic planning and financial transformation.
