VADEN BALES

Mr. Bales is Chief
Executive Officer of Wrangler Properties LLC, a commercial
real estate development and investment company. Prior
to moving to New Mexico in January of 1997 to
join Wrangler, he was a partner in the Tulsa office
of Fellers, Snider, Blankeship, Bailey and Tippens, an
Oklahoma law firm with offices in Tulsa and Oklahoma
City, where his practice focused primarily on
commercial real estate, corporate and banking law. In
addition, he served as Vice President and General Counsel
of a publicly traded financial institution holding
company with offices in Oklahoma and Texas and prior
to that served as Vice President and General Counsel
of an insurance holding company based in Kansas City.
Vaden currently serves on the Board of Directors and
Executive Committee of the following organizations:
Rio Rancho Economic Development Corporation, Albuquerque
TVI Foundation and WESSTCORP, and is a member of the
Chairman’s Council of the Betty Ford Center in
Palm Desert, California. He is a member of the Kansas,
Oklahoma and American Bar Associations. |
